libextutils-f77-perl software package provides module to compile and link FORTRAN 77 code for Perl modules, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libextutils-f77-perl
libextutils-f77-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libextutils-f77-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libextutils-f77-perl *
You will get with libextutils-f77-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
